Thanks to all that attended the 5 hr. journey into and through the point of contact on Sunday. I am exquisitely grateful for any time spent researching the possibility of mutual well-being. Mutual well-being is as good as it gets, ya? ahhhh.
And a special thanks to Elizabeth Kerle for assisting in the workshop. Our long term investigation of C.I. is very exciting and deeply satisfying. She wrote the poem below. It touches what can only be felt. ahhhh.
I remember
waiting
Waiting for weight.
Your weight. Slowly dripping into and through me.
I remember
the stark awareness of my cells receiving you
Resisting,
Considering
Relaxing.
I remember
your eyes,
Your voice…
But mostly
your weight
And your wait.
On the edge
of a thousand possibilities…wait, wait.
I remember
moving,
choosing,
deciding.
I remember
merging and running away.
I remember
the softness of the floor,
The pouring of weight,
The impulse to wait.
I remember your pulse.
I remember
the flow of my weight to yours.
Flowing
deeper into the silent space where there is only weight
and breath
and weightlessness.
